Orders & Payments

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We accept payments through Razorpay’s secure payment gateway, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets, as well as Cash on Delivery where available. Order confirmation will be sent via email and/or SMS. Rishh Designs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled by the customer before they are dispatched by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
