1.  Overview

This Policy applies to all orders placed through the Rishh Designs website, including domestic and international orders. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that every purchase is final.

2.  No Returns

Rishh Designs does not accept product returns after an order has been placed or delivered. This applies whether or not the product has been used, washed, altered, or removed from its original packaging.

3.  No Exchanges

Rishh Designs offers size exchanges, subject to product and size availability. However, colour exchanges, product exchanges, or replacements based on personal preference, styling, or change of mind are not permitted. Customers are requested to review all product information and size details carefully before completing their purchase.

4.  No Refunds or Store Credit

Payments made for confirmed orders are non-refundable. Rishh Designs does not issue full or partial refunds, cash refunds, payment reversals, vouchers, or store credit for any order, including prepaid and Cash-on-Delivery orders.

5.  Final-Sale Products

All products are sold on a final-sale basis, including ready-to-wear garments, custom-stitched or made-to-measure garments, altered products, accessories, sale items, promotional items, discounted items, and clearance products.

6.  Order Cancellation or Modification

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Requests to change the product, size, colour, delivery address, or other order details may not be accepted after order confirmation.

7.  Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

Any concern regarding a damaged, defective, or incorrect item should be reported to rishh.designs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, together with the order number and clear photographs and an unedited unpacking video showing the product and outer packaging.

Reporting a concern does not by itself create a right to return, exchange, refund, replacement, or store credit. Any non-waivable remedy required under applicable law will be handled in accordance with that law.

8.  International Orders

All international orders are final sale. Rishh Designs does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds or store credit for international orders, subject always to any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9.  Policy Updates

Rishh Designs may update or modify this Policy at any time. The revised Policy will take effect from the date it is published on the website and will apply to orders placed thereafter.
