1. General

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Rishh Designs, an ethnic wear ecommerce store based in Mumbai, India, for delivery within India (domestic) and to international destinations. By placing an order with Rishh Designs, you agree to the terms outlined below, which apply in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Orders are shipped via reputed courier partners across India.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–8 business days for other locations; exact estimates are shown at checkout.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

A tracking link is shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

3. International Shipping

International shipments are fulfilled through reputed courier/logistics partners. Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier availability. Estimated delivery time will be communicated at checkout but is not guaranteed.

Rishh Designs is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural events, airline restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen logistical challenges.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Rishh Designs does not have control over these costs and cannot predict their amount.

Failure to pay applicable duties/taxes may result in the package being held or returned, in which case shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

6. Restricted Locations

We currently ship to most countries; however, some locations may be restricted due to courier limitations or local import regulations. Customers are advised to check serviceability prior to placing an order.

7. Returns & Exchanges (International Orders)

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

8. Liability for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed over to the courier, ownership and responsibility pass to the customer. Rishh Designs is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Customers may raise claims directly with the courier, and Rishh Designs will assist where possible.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or non-delivery, and Rishh Designs will not be held responsible for such errors.

Rishh Designs reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
